Ural is indicated for the symptomatic relief of urinary tract infections. 
 
Each 4g effervescent granules sachet contains sodium bicarbonate 1.76g, sodium citrate anhydrous 0.63g, citric acid anhydrous 0.72g, tartaric acid 0.89g. Sugar free unlike other urinary alkalinizers such as Citravescent. Contains 650mg of sodium per sachet. 
 
Dosing for Adults: Dissolve the content of 1-2 sachets into a glass of cool water for up to 4 times daily depending on the severity of the symptoms. Do not take for more than 5 days unless under medical supervision.
