Each sachet contains 10g of glutamine. 
 
Directions for use: 
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 packet three times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional. 
Mix 1 packet with 6 to 8 ounces (~180 -  240 mL) of fruit juice or other liquid, or semi-solid food and stir briskly. Consume immediately after mixing. This product can also be used in tube feeding via a syringe following normal procedures.
