Reparil-Gel N contains aescin which is an active constituent from the horse chestnut. It has demonstrated good clinical evidence for its effect in reducing inflammation, fluid retention and improving tone in the veins.
 
It is therefore indicated for the treatment of
Contusions, sprains and bruises
Pain of the spine (disc lesions, neck pain, lumbago, sciatica)
Fluid retention due to injury
Chronic venous insufficiency (varicose veins, leg cramps, heaviness and swelling in the lower leg and ankle).
 
Directions: Apply to the affected area once or more frequently. Rubbing the gel into the skin is not required.
