Prospan cough syrup contain the patented EA 575 ivy leaves dry extract which has been demonstrated to be safe and effective for treatment of cough and bronchial diseases. Components in the ivy leaves dry extract helps to reduce secretions including mucus and dilates the airways among other effects. These help in the symptomatic relief of cough and upper respiratory conditions.
 
Sugar-free (sweetened with sorbitol). Alcohol-free.
 
Adults and children above 12 years: 5-7.5mL three times daily.
Children 6-12 years: 5mL three times daily.
Children less than 6 years: 2.5mL three times daily.
