D-Vitum forte 1000 IU contains natural vitamin D3 dissolved in premium cold-pressed linseed (flaxseed) oil. 
 
Vitamin D improves the absorption of orally-ingested calcium, thus helping to maintain healthy bones, teeth and muscle. It also supports good immunity. Linseed oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, including alpha-linoleic acid (ALA). 
 
Ingredients: High-linolenic flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum), Gelatin (shell component), Glycerol, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)
 
Daily dosage of 1 capsule contains:
Vitamin D3                             1000 IU
Flaxseed oil        199 mg
 
Dosage & Administration: 
Adults & Children over 6 years of age: 1 capsule per day unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
