Vitaali Rauta 50mg liquid iron preparation contains iron in the organic bisglycinate form. Iron bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the gastrointestinal system compared with other forms of iron (e.g. iron sulphate). 
 
Vitaali Rauta 50mg is suitable for the general population, including pregnant and lactating mothers, elderly, adolescents, the elderly, or in times of increased iron requirements.
 
Dosage: 15mL per day before a meal. Avoid taking at the same time as tea, coffee, dairy products, and calcium supplements. Unopened bottles may be kept at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months.

Ingredients: Blackcurrant juice, field extract, nettle extract, birch leaf extract, hyssop extract, syrup, hay extract, lemon honey extract, honey, iron bisglycinate, thickeners and gelling agents E 422 and E 466, preservatives E 202 and E 211
 
Free from lactose, yeast, gluten and alcohol.
Sweetened with honey and syrup.
