Bodyflex Super Collagen contains Colartix® which is a patented form of hydrolyzed cartilage matrix made up of bioactive peptides of Type II collagen (the main collagenous substance found in human joint cartilage) and glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid). The constituents in the matrix act in synergy to enhance joint, cartilage, bone and muscle health.
 
 Undenatured Type II collagen (e.g. UC-II) (present in other collagen supplements for joints) is not absorbed and acts via immune-mediated effects. In contrast, hydrolyzed collagen such as Colartix® is highly bioavailable (ie. well-absorbed by the body). After oral ingestion, they act as building blocks for the maintenance of healthy cartilages. 

Colartix® also stimulates proteoglycan synthesis, which in turn increase the lubrication and cushioning within the joint and assist in keeping the cartilage intact , for healthy and flexible joints.

Daily dosage 2-4 tablets contains:
Colartix®  1000-2000 mg
 
Dosage: 2 tablets per day, dosage can be increased to 4 tablets when needed. For best results, it is recommended to take 4 tablets per day for the first 4 weeks and thereafter 2 tablets per day. Tablets can either be swallowed as whole with liquid, or cut in half, chewed or crushed and mixed with food.
