Vitatabs® Koliini contains choline (as VitaCholine®) 550mg in each daily dose.
 
Choline is recognised by major health authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO) as a key nutrient for optimal neurocognitive development during foetal growth and early childhood. The daily recommended adequate intake is at least 450 mg during pregnancy and 550 mg during breastfeeding.
 
Choline is needed for cell growth and division, and the synthesis of acetylcholine (an important neurotransmitter involved in learning, attention and memory).
 
Choline also reduces fat accumulation in the liver and normalizes cholesterol levels. Aids in the maintenance of normal liver function.
