Vitamar Junior is an orange-flavoured chewable fish oil capsule suitable for everyone to ensure a sufficient supply of important omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)).
EPA and DHA have many beneficial effects on brain, heart, joint and eye health. Omega-3s are important for adolescents to support development and concentration. Omega-3s assist in promoting mood balance and cognitive function. They also maintain healthy skin structure and moisture balance in the skin and eyes.
The fish oil concentrate is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PBCs, dioxins and other contaminants).
Ingredients:
Fish oil concentrate (Norway), Humectants glycerol, oxidized starch and acetylated starch from potato, Gelatin* (bovine), Natural orange and lemon flavour and orange oil as aroma, Anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, Antioxidant alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E), Sweetener Sucralose

Daily dosage 2 – 3 capsules contains:
Fish oil concentrate - 800 - 1200 mg
- containing omega-3 fatty acids: 432 - 648 mg
- EPA - 232 - 348 mg
- DHA - 150 - 225 mg
Dosage: 2 – 3 capsules per day. The capsules can be chewed or swallowed whole with liquid. The daily dosage should not be exceeded. Recommended for children aged 2 years and above when a child is able to chew food.
Caution: Not recommended for people with blood clotting disorders unless taken under medical supervision.
