Phospholipids are naturally present in all human cells. MERIVA® contains all 3 curcuminoids (the active ingredients in turmeric) in the same proportions as natural turmeric.

Daily dosage 2 tablets contains:
Meriva® curcumin extract preparation - 1000 mg
Containing curcumin - 400 mg
Supplying curcuminoids - 200 mg
 
Dosage: 1 tablet twice per day. The daily dosage should not be exceeded. 
 
Caution: 
Curcumin may increase the risk of bleeding. Seek medical advice before use if you are already taking blood thinning medicines (e.g. aspirin, warfarin) or if you have blood clotting disorders
