Daily Dosage of 1-2 tablets provides:
Alpha-Lipoic Acid 250 - 500mg
Dosage: 1 – 2 tablets a day. Tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid. Absorption is improved by taking product on an empty stomach. If gastrointestinal discomfort occurs, take with meals.
