Menomax® is formulated with standardised Lifenol® hops extract which contains one of the most active natural phytoestrogen 8-prenylnaringenin (hopein). Hopein is significantly more active than phytoestrogens in soy and red clover. Hops are the flowers of the hop plant (Humulus lupulus) that is commonly used in beer brewing for the bitter flavour. Traditionally, it has been used as herbal medicine in Europe for sleep and mood disturbances. 
 
Lifenol® hops help to improve symptoms and discomforts commonly associated with menopause such as hot flashes and night sweats.
 
Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Lifenol® hops extract      120 mg
containing 8-prenylnaringenin (hopein)      192 mcg
 
Dosage: 1 tablet per day. The daily dosage should not be exceeded. 
 
Caution: 
Not suitable during pregnancy. 
Not suitable for use with prior history of cancers unless under medical supervision.
