Melatosell® Long contains melatonin which is a hormone found naturally in the body and is secreted from the pineal gland in the brain. Melatonin regulates the sleep-wake rhythm among other physiological effects. Melatosell® Long can facilitate the onset of sleep and enhance sleep quality in conjunction with good sleeping habits. 
 
Suitable for individuals with insomnia or suffering from jet lag. 
 
Melatosell® Long is a sustained release formulation that gradually releases melatonin once in the gastrointestinal tract for sustained sleep effects. 
 
Ingredients: Anti-caking agents E 460 and E 464, Corn starch, Surface finishing agent E 470 b, Melatonin
 
Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Melatonin                           1.9 mg
 
Dosage: 1 tablet approximately 1-2 hours before bedtime. The tablet should be swallowed whole with liquid.
 
Caution: 
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
Do not take Melatosell® Long if you have an autoimmune disease, liver impairment, use anti-convulsants, anti-depressants, blood thinners or medications that decrease alertness.  Seek healthcare professional advice before use.
