Golden root (Rhodiola rosea), also known as “The Ginseng of North” is an adaptogen that promotes physical and mental resilience in stressful conditions. Studies demonstrate improvements in physical performance and endurance, mental concentration and alertness with golden root extract supplementation. Reduction of fatigue and burnout symptoms, improvements in mood have also been observed with golden root extract. 
 
Dynaforce Extra Strong 400mg tablets contain golden root extract standardized based on the active constituents rosavins (3%- 12mg) and salidrosides (1%-4mg), which is the concentration most studied.
 
Ingredients: Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Standardized golden root extract, Maize starch, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids
 
Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Standardized golden root extract               400 mg
containing
Rosavins - 12 mg
Salidrosides - 4 mg
 
Dosage: 1 tablet per day.  The daily dosage should not be exceeded.
 
Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for use in children.
