Calcia Sitraatti tablets contain calcium citrate as well as vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Calcium citrate is highly absorbed regardless of food intake and causes less constipation and flatulence compared to other forms of calcium (e.g. calcium carbonate). 
 
Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the normal function of bones, teeth, as well as muscles. Vitamin D improves oral calcium absorption and immunity.
 
Ingredients: 
Calcium citrate, Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Cholecalciferol 
 
Daily dosage (2-4 tablets) contains:
Calcium  (elemental)           400 - 800 mg
Vitamin D3                              200 - 400 IU (5- 10 mcg)
 
Dosage: 2 - 4 tablets per day. The daily dosage should not be exceeded.
